Summer 2012 Writing Program

Robert Largess is returning and offering a Writing Workshop this summer for students who will be entering 6^th, 7^th 8^th and 9^th grades in September.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:00–8:00 p.m.

Twelve classes for six weeks from

July 10^th to August 16^th, 2012

Where: Asian Center of Merrimack Valley, Inc.

1 Ballard Way, Lawrence, MA

Fee: $ 20.00, due with application

2012 Summer Program

Registration for our 2012 Summer Program is now open!

The Summer Program will run from Monday, July 2 through Friday, July 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. noon on Mondays through Fridays except for Wednesdays. On Wednesdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., children entering grades 1 through 7 will go on field trips. For preschool children who will be age 4 by July 1^st and those entering kindergarten, there will be no program on Wednesdays.

Fill out the following forms and return them with a $100 fee to the Asian Center office by May 14, 2012.

Young Writers’ Workshop Forms

This summer, the Asian Center is offering a writing workshop for students who will be entering the 7th, 8th, or 9th grade in September. The 6-week, 12-session program will last from July 12 to August 18, 2011.

Business Chinese Class Now Available

The Asian Center is now offering a specially designed class for people who conduct business with Chinese companies and need to understand Chinese.

The class meets on Monday nights from 6pm to 8pm over 8 weeks this October and November.
